The White River Yacht Club Classic Boat & Car Show Festival

| August 16, 2025 – (Indianapolis, Indiana 46240) The 7th Annual White River Yacht Club Classic Boat & Car Show Festival will be held to raise money for Pediatric Cancer Research at the Riley Children’s Foundation and Pancreatic Cancer Research at the Lustgarten Foundation. Located at 1400 East 74th Street just off Keystone Avenue & 75th on the banks of the White River. Open to the public, our event is open to all years, makes and models of boats, cars, motorcycles and bikes in all categories such as restored, survivor, hot rod, barn find, exotic, super car, custom, etc. Scheduled to appear are our features, a 1929 Auburn Boat Tail Speedster, a Ford GT 40 and Ferrari F8 Spider, a Lotus Esprit that appeared in the 007 movie “Live and Let Die” and vintage Indy Cars. These and many special interest cars and boats are scheduled to appear. In addition we are holding a silent auction online for a 1958 Chris Craft Meteor wooden speed boat, trailer and motor, with the winning bid matched by our donors, the Jerry Trusty Family. There is a Raffle with a $5,000 first prize, $2,500 second prize and $1,000 third prize with 5 tickets for $20, silent auction, bottle pull, vendors and great family fun! Entry fee is a tax deductible $35 for vehicles, there is no admission charge for spectators, but we ask for a donation to the Charities. The WRYC Classic will be held on the meadow of the White River Yacht Club on Saturday, August 16, 2025 with check in from 9:00 am to 11:00 am through the Ruth Drive entrance off of Keystone Ave at Discount Tire. The display from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is no judging, only voting for “The People’s Choice” Ribbons. Every entry participating in the event receives a recognition medal. There will be food trucks, ice cold beverages all day and it is open to the public with Rock Garage Bands at 4:00 pm with celebrities with MC Jay Baker of Q95 and celebrity guests.
